After you place your order, we will email you a worksheet to complete. On this worksheet you will need to provide information needed to personalize your keepsakes. You will also need to provide a photo of your child to use on the label. Please return your completed worksheet and photo ASAP (within 48 hours if possible) so we can begin working on your label.
Please place your order approximately 3 weeks before your event to ensure a timely delivery. If you are less than 10 days from your party deadline, please contact us for quote on rush orders/shipping.
PERSONALIZED KEEPSAKE PARTY FAVORS AND LABELS REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of all personalized products, they can not be returned for a refund after they are printed. A partial refund will be issued before labels are printed (see below).
If you cancel your purchase after work has begun on your order, there will be a partial refund, which will be your total order amount -$30.00. (example: Your order total is $65.00. Your partial refund will be $35.00)
After the labels have been printed there will be NO refund given.
